Hello! My name is Brianna, and I am creating a blog for fellow book lovers and avid readers. I am currently 22 years old, and I live in NJ. The reason I’m making this blog is because I’ve reached a somewhat stagnant phase of my life, and I figure it might be a good idea for me to create something that I am passionate about. It just so happens that I am very passionate about books. My favorite book as a child was the classic Charlotte’s Web. I had an oddly large collection of stuffed animal piglets (all named Wilbur, of course). That early love planted the seeds for the reader that I am today. As an adult, some of my favorite authors include George R.R. Martin, Jane Austen, Khaled Hosseini, David Nicholls, Ian McEwan, Junot Diaz, and Stephen King. I will definitely review some of their works and other writers who I also love but may not have mentioned. I also plan to review authors and works of literature that I do not like. My goals in providing my opinion is to start a conversation with like-minded individuals and to spread the word about great people writing great stories. I am hoping for this to become a platform where individuals can meet and spark conversations about popular literature.
Besides reading, I’m also passionate about a slew of other things including (but not limited to) coffee, travel, piano and music in general, dance, skin care, New York City, my dog, TV/movies, photography and yoga. I imagine that I will also touch on these other interests of mine on this blog. We’ll just have to wait and see! And maybe some people out there have similar interests, and we can bond over it. I’m excited to see where this blog will go.

I think my love for books also started when I was a child. I loved books like BFG, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Magic Tree House series- among others. Even loved the Frog and Toad books- crazy how I loved those because now, I am writing a book that has Fairy Frogs and Toads.
Even today- every so often, I end up reading other children’s books. Such as Land of Stories, Sister’s Grimm, and Avalon.
Yes!! I loved so many of those books when I was growing up! Frog and Toad makes me so nostalgic 🙂 I would love to read your book! I definitely return to some children’s chapter books every now and again, and it always makes me so happy.
If you loved Frog and Toad, you probably will love my MG fantasy
